Here I am

today is my reintroduction to the world 

I decided that I will no longer hide 

I made my decision right or wrong 

it was mine to make I say no more

apologizes It was my burden to bear, 

my tears are gone

 I made no mistake it is my testimony

 Life is about hiccups and missteps 

And learning and growing from them 

So again I say Here I am world

Even better than yesterday 

I start anew never mind yesterday 

Through it is changed me a lot 

I must move on for what this day has brought is hope and redemption

Upward is where I look for direction in lost moment upward is were relay and place my expectations Heavenward I cast my prayers Replenishing my faith in a well so deep Upward is the place I envision where serenity lays and I share much grace For this upward place I prepare to go someday Not rushing just setting the goal A worthwhile life is all I seek  For upward bound is the place I hope to be.
